- A unit is only reserved once Annex Bedfordview and their associated marketing company has received the proof of payment of your R5 000 reservation deposit.
- This payment will be done through the payment gateway iKhokha. iKhokha’s Payment Gateway is a secure payment solution online platform that enables businesses to accept electronic payments. It works by securely processing credit card, debit card and EFT, facilitating seamless payments between customers and businesses.
- iKhokha’s Payment Gateway employs industry-standard security measures, including encryption and tokenisation, to protect sensitive customer data during transactions. It also complies with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) requirements to ensure a high level of security.
- In the unlikely event that a unit is double booked on launch day via the interactive price list, the buyer that paid their reservation deposit first (recorded by digital timestamp) will secure the unit. The second buyer shall be refunded should they not find a suitable replacement unit.

- We reserve the right to change, modify, add to or remove the guaranteed rental for phase 1 units terms and conditions at the developers discretion.
